Pellet Grill Outlet's Return Policy
You may return any items sold and fulfilled by Pellet Grill Outlet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will pay all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Pellet Grill Outlet DOES NOT accept returns for GIFT CERTIFICATES or any item returned that is NOT in the condition it was shipped. This would include any item that is obviously used, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The determination of the item's condition will be solely that of Pellet Grill Outlet.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, discount, or free with the purchase you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. You will also be expected to return any material items (excluding warranties) or be charged at our retail prices. Any such charges will be deducted from the amount due on the purchase.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through our web site or call 877-235-1031 and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) contact us through our web page or 800-235-1071 and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
All refunds will be made in the same method of payment as was the original transaction. For example, if the item was originally purchased by credit card, we will give credit to that same credit card.
