Who Are We?

Should I Rub or Should I Shake?

Pellet Grill Outlet is often asked the difference between Rubs and Shakes. Well, we know that both are applied before cooking. And we know we knead a rub into the meat. And when we use a shake, well - we just sprinkle it on. But here's where it starts to get awkward . . .

Sometimes we like a 'wet' rub. It looks like an oil.  Sometimes we like a 'dry' rub. It kind of looks like granulated sugar. Which one should you use? Well, be very careful when you ask that question, cause it just depends . . .

...just what part of the country you're in. Then which state, which town, who's house...and if that person gets real quiet . . . watch their eyes. If they squint, look for a door . . . 'cause some people are gonna take that question quite seriously. :)

 Sauces, Dry Rubs and Seasonings
Rocky Mountain Sauces

From the tomato-based sauces and vinegar-based sauces to the fruit-infused sauces, we think you'll agree that Rocky Mountain Sauces are the best ones in the country!  In fact, these are the same sauces that Traeger Grills brands with their labels - at a better price!
MAK Sauces

Rocky Mountain Dry Marinades (Rubs)

With a dry marinade unlike bottled sauces, there is not waste.  Rocky Mountain Products does not use any Monosodium-glutinate.  Dry mariandes can be an instant seasoning. Simply dust it on the meat and pop it on the grill. Sprinkle it over your vegetables and saute`or grill.

Rocky Mountain Seasonings (Shakes)

Seasoning imparts and improves the flavor of the food you eat.  Seasonings are made up of a mixture of herbs and spicesthat compliment one another and are  mixed together with salt and pepper.  Seasonings, like dry-marinades can be used ahead of time in the preparation of the food by sprinkling the seasoning on 1-2 hours before the acutal cooking of the meat to allow it to meld with the meat and help in the tenderization process.

MAK Rubs

MAK GRILLS has formulated some seasonings to help you experiment with a variety of flavors.
